1. Bachelor of Science(BSc)

  

       

• A student who has urge to learn pure science, then this is the right course to learn. This course gives you wisdom to understand science in a right way and creates a basic ground foundation for your science knowledge.
• It gives you chance to learn in a deep and broader way. Any student who is really interested in research and development then BSc is the right choice.
• This course is coming with lot of different combination of streams which covers all science related things. The combination of stream of this course varies from pillars of Science i.e. Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, Botany and Zoology to Information Technology,Computer Science, Environmental Studies, Electronics, Statistics Home Science, Bio-technology,Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Technology, Horticulture, Agriculture, Fashion and designing, Nautical Science, Marine Biology, Fishery and lot more. As engineering as different branches BSc has different combination of streams . 
• For example: In my college, we had PCM(Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics), CBZ(Chemistry, Botany and Zoology), PME(Physics, Mathematics and Electronics), EMCs(Electronics, Mathematics and Computer Science- I studied), MSCs(Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science), CBBT(Chemistry, Botany and Bio-technology).
• As I mentioned, these streams of study helps in understanding one subject to other subjects and helps to go for deeper learning. There are three year courses and 4 years course is also there.
• It opens job opportunities in the bigger way as the student will have a deeper and broader knowledge in different streams. 
• For example: EMCs- You are eligible for Electronics related job, IT jobs as he/she studied Computer Science, can pursue Master’s in Mathematics. CBBT- can get job in Chemical Industry or Bio-technology industry or can also pursue Master degree in any these three subjects.

2. Bachelor of Computer Applications

• It is a single streamed course which focuses more on Computer applications. A student who wants to build IT career then it is the right course to pursue.
• It includes more of Computer Science related subjects i.e. Computer Languages, Database, Data Structures, Operating Systems, Discrete Mathematics and Micro processors and so on.
• It gives the depth knowledge in Computer Science.
• In 3 years, a student will be capable of fetching IT or related jobs.
• Can also pursue MCA ( Master of Computer Applications).

Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science : Computer Science is also a 3-year undergraduate degree. It focuses on the basic concepts of computer science and sets the strong base for the computer science field. 

Topics include in  computer science are

Bachelor’s of Technology in Computer Science (B.Tech CS): B.Tech is a 4-year degree in the field of engineering specialization in computer science. 

B.Tech computer science you will study computer science in depth and is also a very popular stream in engineering in India.
